Proof of this is many certificates we have received, including the IFS Food - International Featured Standards which guarantees that our products are produced in line with strict quality standards.
For several years now we have belonged to the Spanish Luxury Association, Luxury Spain, which selects and promotes the highest quality, and with which we work to showcase our pacharán around the world.
Quality is a basic cornerstone in everything we do. Since the creation of our company, we have been dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards when producing our products. We work tirelessly to ensure that every bottle that leaves our facilities meets the most rigorous standards of excellence.
Our dedication to quality is reflected in the many certificates we have received over the years. One of our biggest achievements is the IFS Food - International Featured Standards certification, which guarantees that our products are produced according to the strictest quality and food safety standards. This certification is testimony to our unwavering commitment to excellence at every stage of production.
We are also proud members of the Spanish Luxury Association, Luxury Spain. This association selects and promotes the highest quality brands and products in Spain. Through this collaboration, we are able to showcase our exquisite pacharán nationally and internationally, sharing its unique and authentic taste with liqueur lovers around the world.
Our commitment to quality extends beyond our products. We also strive to maintain a strong and transparent relationship with our suppliers and partners. We select our ingredients carefully, making sure they are of the highest quality and come from reliable and sustainable sources.
Ecology
For us, ecology and the planet are very important, so we try to make sure our production process focuses on caring for the environment as far as possible. Therefore, among other certifications, we manage our Carbon Footprint, which allows us to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and be aware of the impact we have on global warming, doing all we can to run a sustainable business.
Ecology and caring for our planet are key values for us. We want to reduce our environmental impact and work towards a sustainable future. Therefore, we have implemented various measures in our production process to protect the environment.
One of our main actions is the control of our Carbon Footprint. Through this certification, we assess and monitor our greenhouse gas emissions. This allows us to identify areas for improvement and take measures to reduce our environmental impact. We are committed to reducing our emissions and helping in the fight against global warming.
We are also implementing sustainable practices in our business. From the selection of ingredients to waste management, we are always looking for environmentally friendly alternatives and processes to minimise the impact on the environment. We work with suppliers who are committed to responsible practices, and we use recyclable and biodegradable packaging.
We don’t just focus on reducing our environmental footprint, but also on awareness and education in our community. We promote the importance of sustainability and the protection of the environment through awareness-raising campaigns. We want to inspire our customers and partners to adopt responsible practices and take actions to benefit the planet.
We are also proud that in our facilities we use solar panels in our offices and in our warehouse. These solar panels allow us to harness the renewable energy of the sun to reduce our environmental impact and work towards a sustainable future.
R&D
For over 10 years now, we have been involved in various projects with the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and the Government of Navarra with a focus on increasing and expanding our knowledge of sloe and pacharán. We have also tried to achieve a new approach for pacharán, while continuing to respect its qualities and without modifying our quality guidelines.
For more than a decade, we have carried out extensive research and development work (R&D) in collaboration with the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and the Government of Navarra. Our focus is on improving knowledge of sloe and pacharán, constantly looking for new ways to improve and highlight its unique characteristics. We are also in the process of digitising business processes and communication (tablets, etc.)
Throughout these projects, we have strived to find an innovative approach that allows us to keep the qualities and traditions of pacharán intact, without compromising our high quality standards. Our dedication to R&D has led us to explore new techniques, production methods and possible applications of pacharán in different contexts, but always with the aim of offering our clients an exceptional experience and remaining at the cutting edge of the pacharán, wine and liqueur industry.
Social Responsibility
Several years ago, we joined the CSR Improvement Cycle proposed by the Government of Navarra and we used all our means and resources to achieve every point in the InnovaRSE Navarra Sustainability Report, which covers social, economic and environmental aspects, achieving said certification.
Several years ago, we decided to make a commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), and we joined the Improvement Cycle proposed by the Government of Navarra. Since then, we have dedicated all our means and resources to achieving the targets set out in the InnovaRSE Navarra Sustainability Report.
This certification covers various aspects, including social, economic and environmental issues. In social terms, we have implemented policies and actions to promote equal opportunities, the well-being of our employees and active involvement in the community.
In economic terms, we have worked to continuously improve our financial management and to strengthen our business relationships. We focus on transparent management and ethics, establishing long-term collaborations with our suppliers and customers.
In environmental terms, we aim to minimise our impact on the environment. We have implemented measures to reduce the consumption of natural resources, optimise waste management and promote sustainable practices in our production chain.
Thanks to our commitment and dedication in each of these aspects, we have received the InnovaRSE Navarra certification. This recognition encourages us to continue working towards sustainability and continuing to be leaders in our sector.
Collaborations
As part of our commitment to promote social responsibility, commitment and solidarity, we have established key partnerships with various groups and associations. One of the highlights is our collaboration with the Red Cross, where we have contributed to their valuable social work.
Our aim is to promote equal opportunities, well-being and improved quality of life for people. Therefore, in addition to our collaboration with the Red Cross, we have also made contributions to other associations and groups that share our values and aims.
These collaborations allow us to be actively involved in creating a more supportive and fair society. We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and in the importance of coming together to make a positive impact on our community.
We will continue working alongside these associations and groups, offering them our support and looking for new ways to contribute to their important work. Our mission is to create a better world, one where social responsibility and solidarity are essential cornerstones in the development of society.
Certifications
Since 2023, the IFS Food certification has allowed us to use a common standard with a unique evaluation system in the food industry, allowing us to work with accredited certification entities and qualified auditors, as well as ensuring greater ease of comparison and transparency throughout the entire supply chain.
The Carbon Footprint seal issued by MITECO allows organisations to demonstrate the monitoring of their footprint and to highlight their efforts in the fight against climate change. The carbon footprint is an environmental indicator that measures greenhouse gas emissions.
The InnovaRSE system from the Government of Navarra aims to help companies to implement and develop social responsibility (SR) within their management strategy from a socio-economic point of view and with sustainability in mind.
Founded in 1988 to maintain the quality of Navarro Pacharán and protect it from fraud and imitations, its Governing Council comprises companies with a long tradition in the production of Pacharán Navarro and representatives from the production sector. They work to control the ingredients, the production process and the finished product so that the best Pacharán Navarro reaches the market.
